Each Gianni Acunto oven is the result of 125 years of experience in craftsmanship. Approved by the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association and the Neapolitan Pizza Chefs Association, it is now used throughout the world.
The only choice if you want Real Neapolitan Pizza.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Our ovens are completely hand-built using natural raw materials such as water, salt, sand, volcanic earth, clay, iron and cast iron. It consists of a large-caliber iron structure, a clay brick dome and a floor ranging from 800 mm to 1400 mm, also made of clay. The cast iron spout, 220 mm high, has a width of 440 mm or 520 mm depending on the model.
The oven is sold finished with white and red paint or any other color chosen by the customer. Alternatively, you can customize the oven with tiles or other material and insert your logo.
